Bridgetown Acupuncture is currently open and accepting appointments.
Our focus is to provide the best care possible to our patients while maintaining a clean and safe environment. We will continue to closely monitor the recommendations from Governor Brown and the Oregon Health Authority, and will adapt clinic policies and procedures as needed.
You can now schedule up to three weeks in advance for in-person appointments. If you do not feel safe leaving your home, we ask that you wait to schedule an in-person appointment. We will continue to offer telemedicine appointments. Telemedicine appointments can be utilized to provide Chinese Herbal formulas, acupressure points, moxa, lifestyle recommendations and qigong for the foreseeable future!

In preparation of your acupuncture appointment:
- Pre-screening prior to your appointment. You will receive a COVID-19 screening form via the patient portal that must be completed before your appointment.
- Patients are asked not to schedule an appointment and to contact their primary care provider through telephone if they have had any of the following symptoms: fever, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, body aches, sore throat, or difficulty breathing.
- For COVID-19 positive patients, please wait at least 5 days since symptoms first appeared and have at least 24 hours with no fever without the use of fever reducing medications. Other COVID Symptoms must also be improving. See the CDC for more information on these guidelines.
- We are requiring that all patients coming into the clinic wear a face mask. Current CDC and OHA guidelines for vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals require facemasks in healthcare settings. The purpose of the mask is to prevent droplet exchange from anyone you are close to, as well as to remind you to not touch your face. If you do not have a proper face mask one will be provided for you.
- Patients are asked to wait in their vehicle and text or call the office when they arrive to wait for a response from Jenny that they can enter the clinic.
- Patients are asked to wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds at the bathroom sink prior to entering the treatment room.
- Patients will enter through the front door and will be directed to their treatment room.
